Company / Open positions
Build the place where AI learns to work.
Small team. Frontier problem. Real instruments.
W.1
A shipped platform behind us
We are a small team building on Vagon — a cloud computer platform 250K+ professionals already run their daily work on. The infrastructure and the expert supply exist; the training layer is what we're here to build.
W.2
A frontier problem, stated plainly
AI is now judged on real occupations, not exams. Capturing expert work and building RL environments for it is one of the highest-leverage open problems in the field.
W.3
Instruments, not demos
Everything we ship is used by real labs on real data. The bar is instrument-grade software that experts trust with their actual work.
Full-time positions. Founding-team scope, from day one.
RL Environments Engineer
Turn real machines into resettable, verifiable RL environments — golden images, restore points, and verifiers that judge outcomes, at fleet scale.
ApplyCapture Systems Engineer
Build the recording layer: multi-signal session capture across OSes and devices, with window-level privacy enforced at the stream, not after it.
ApplyFounding Product Designer
Own the instrument-grade look and feel of the Capture and Environment suites — consoles experts trust with their real work, end to end.
ApplyML Data Operations Lead
Run the pipeline from consented session to shipped dataset: QA, structuring, redaction review, and delivery to frontier-lab standards.
ApplyExpert network · Contract
Get paid to do your craft.Your sessions become consented training data.
Pixelnode contracts working professionals across GDP-driving occupations to do real, deliverable-grade work on our capture platform. You work the way you always do — same tools, same standards — and every session is recorded under an explicit consent scope you control.
Engagements are paid per session, hours are flexible, and everything runs remotely on our cloud machines with the software pre-installed. You keep ownership of your work product; what you license is the recording of how you did it.
Crafts we're recording now. More occupations added monthly.
